High Intensity Interval Training

Join us for repeated bouts of high intensity efforts followed by alternating periods of rest.

This class is a great way to get your sweat on when you’ve got a packed schedule or other things on your mind. It’s fun, it's social and also includes warm up and cool down.

Whiteboard Workout
       aka 'Open Gym Strength'

Work at your own pace through a strength program – including mobility, pre-activation, core and main strength. Strength programs work on a 4-6 week rotation with alternating volumes and intensities to ensure you get familiar with the exercises and the right amount of progressive overload.

 

Don't worry – during supervised sessions, a qualified coach is there to teach you everything and guide your form to enhance those ultimate strength gains.

S&C

Strength & Conditioning

A combination of strength training and cardio in one class to improve overall performance. The session includes warm up/pre-activation, 2-4 main strength exercises, a HIIT circuit, and cooldown.

For ages 8 to 15

Kids learn how to move their body correctly, lift light weights, run, jump and play with good technique. It’s a fun way to introduce kids to working out safely in a gym environment.
